For Sam, there’s no better way to start the day than by cramming into a subway car full of strangers. Born in London but a Brooklynite since he could walk, Sam’s greatest passion in life is people, how they think and why they do the things they do.
Sam graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a double BA in Political Science and History. There, he split his time between programming political lectures at the Wisconsin Union, taking early-morning runs along Lake Mendota, and searching for a bartender who was amenable to making an Old Fashioned without Sprite.
He took his passion for people in the direction of hospitality, joining a Midwest-based hotel management group while still in school. Hotel work required Sam to become adept at all kinds of problem-solving, from getting broken elevators back up and running to wrangling with banks and credit-card companies.
After spending four years in the American heartland, Sam is excited to be back in the New York groove. He brings to Siegelvison an intuitive understanding of different communication styles and a creative approach to client research.
Sam’s favorite place to be is somewhere he hasn’t been yet.
Sam’s nickname at Siegelvision is Too Tall. You’ll know why when you meet him.
Sam’s hidden talent: Fill-ins and pieces—a.k.a. graffiti art—but these days, only in venues a mother can love.
